We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, the same day. This is for both domestic and international orders. Orders placed on weekends will be sent Mondays.
However sometimes there may be delays experienced that are outside our control. If you require your order to be sent ASAP and are concerned about expected delivery timeframes, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Shipping times are dependent on the service selected and the destination. Generally speaking domestic deliveries can take anywhere between 1-7 days and international deliveries between 10-15 days. This is a guide based off the Australia Post Shipping Guidelines. We do offer both standard and express shipping options.
Absolutely, if you live within a 5km radius (and spend $30 or more) of our Home Warehouse in Newcastle NSW, we can personally deliver your items for a $5 fee.
At the moment we do not have this as an option at checkout, but if you would like to pick up your order from our Home Warehouse please send us an email to email@example.com or leave a note at checkout and we can reply with a pick up address and refund you your shipping costs.
To redeem any promotional codes or discounts you will need to enter them in the discount box at checkout, then click 'Apply'. Once applied, the discount will be visible in your checkout subtotal.
All of our inventory you see on the store, is stocked at our Home Warehouse and ready for immediate shipping.
At this stage we do not have any pre-order items. However, if this is introduced in the future then this will be noted and made clear on the item description. An estimated arrival time frame will also be displayed.
The arrival timeframe is purely an estimate. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible, however sometimes unforeseen delays can occur which are at times outside of our control. Pre-orders unfortunately cannot be cancelled due to this reason alone.
Please also note that any orders containing pre-order items will only be sent when all items are in stock. If you would like your in stock items ASAP we recommend placing a separate order for the pre-order item(s).

Domestic (Australia) - Standard $8.95 / Standard Plus (parcels over 1kg) $14.95 / Express $11.95 / Express Plus (parcels over 1kg) $17.95 / Free Standard over $120 and Free Express over $150.
International - rates vary, exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Yes we do! We can ship parcels to most countries around the world. Please be aware that sending to some countries may be restricted due to the COVID-19 situation, if this is the case you will receive a notification from us on dispatch and a refund/order cancellation if necessary.
If your order has not arrived within the time frames set out here, we advise you first check the tracking information to view the parcel's current status.
In the event the tracking information shows no movement or is showing the items have been delivered to an incorrect location, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in investigating the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, description of the issue and any photos which highlight the fault.
It is at the discretion of Estela & Co upon inspection of the item that depending on the condition of the item, how the product was washed and cared for and the extent of the fault, to then offer either a refund, exchange or credit.
Please always double check your sizing before placing your order. If you have found that the sizing is incorrect, you are welcome to exchange the item for the correct size.
However please note, that you will be liable for shipping costs to return the item and that the item must be in its original condition. You may be denied an exchange if the returned goods have been damaged in anyway.
Promotions & Store Credits
Promotional codes and store credits can be entered in the discount field when you reach the checkout. Simply enter the code and press apply.
Please note: Promotional codes and store credits cannot be utilised within the same order. They also cannot be stacked (i.e. more than one applied at the same time).
